We are extremely excited to be able to now offer a range of Broadband packages to our customers, however in creating these packages we made some important decisions!

Quality is far better than Quantity

We understand how frustrating it can be to have poor quality service - whether it's customer support that doesn't help quickly enough or whether it's the service failing just when you really need it.

You may have noticed that a lot of companies now offer Broadband and you may also have noticed the ridiculous price wars taking place!

The bottom line is that it is impossible to provide high quality services at those prices - they are 'buying' your custom and locking you into 12 months of poor service!

We can't and won't do that.

We value you as a customer and we will go that extra few yards to ensure that you are delighted by what we provide in technical and support areas.

That means that our prices are a few pounds per month more expensive than others - but we all know that 'You only get what you pay for'.

You are not tied to a long term contract - if you don't like it then you can cancel AT ANY TIME.

Best of all, apart from plugging the new ADSL Broadband modem into the socket and installing the new connection software you need make NO CHANGES TO YOUR EXISTING PAYGI CONNECTION - you can keep using the email and webspace services with NO HASSLE.

You can even switch between the ADSL Broadband and 56k Dialup without interruption so if you use a laptop of if BT have a problem with your line then you can switch easily between the two.
